Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@calvinroyce.com . Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions on how to return your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: If you return an item without contacting us first and obtaining approval, your return may be denied and the product may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. For damaged or defective items, please contact us at Support@calvinroyce.com .

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the current item and make a new purchase for the desired product once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@calvinroyce.com
